Caipiroska
5 cl Greenfield Organic Vodka
1 lime (organic, if possible), cut into wedges
4 teaspoon caster sugar
Place the lime wedges into the glass and muddle the lime wedges to release the juice and essential oils. Add sugar and stir with the juice to dissolve. Top glass with ice and pour over Greenfield Organic Vodka. Stir to mix
If you are not a fan of the bitterness of the oil in the peels, try squeezing the lime wedges for the juice instead of muddling them.
